Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms & Conditions outline how payments are processed, billed, and managed for services provided through TeenSide Life Coaching. By enrolling in our programs or services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to:

• Life Coach Certification Program enrollment

• Teen Life Coaching services provided through subscription

• Any additional products, services or programs offered through TeenSide Life Coaching.

 

2. Coaching Services (For Parents & Clients)

Subscription Billing

Teen coaching services are offered on a monthly subscription basis, which includes:

• Four (4) coaching sessions per month

• Each session is approximately 50 minutes

• Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise specified

Payment is billed in advance and renews automatically each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Payment Method

• A valid credit card or payment method must be provided at the time of enrollment

• Payments are processed securely through a third‑party provider

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges

Missed or Cancelled Sessions

• Sessions must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to be rescheduled

• Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled

• Sessions do not roll over month‑to‑month unless otherwise stated

 

3. Refund Policy Coaching Services

• Monthly subscription fees are non‑refundable once the billing period has begun

• Partial refunds are not provided for unused sessions

Certification Program

• Enrollment fees for the certification program are non‑refundable once individual has attended live certification program or course access has been granted

 

4. Life Coach Payment Structure (Contractor Terms Summary)

For certified coaches working with TeenSide Life Coaching:

• Coaches operate as independent contractors, not employees

• Coaches are paid per completed session

• Payment typically ranges from $40–$70 per session, depending on experience and program structure

• Payments are issued via direct deposit on a recurring schedule (e.g., weekly or biweekly)

Coaches are responsible for:

• Managing their own availability and schedule

• Tracking and reporting sessions accurately

• Any applicable taxes or self‑employment obligations

Full contractor agreements are provided separately upon certification.

 

5. Scheduling & Availability

• Coaches set their own availability within the platform guidelines

• Clients schedule sessions based on coach availability

• While scheduling is flexible, consistency is encouraged for best results

 

6. Late Payments & Failed Charges

• If a payment method fails, access to services may be paused until payment is resolved

• Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of services

 

7. Cancellation Policy For Parents/Clients

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time

• Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle, not the current one

• No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations

 

8. Non‑Clinical Disclaimer

All services provided are coaching and psychoeducational in nature.

• Services are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment

• Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions

• Clients requiring clinical support may be referred to licensed professionals

 

9. Modifications to Terms

TeenSide Life Coaching reserves the right to update these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
