What if you could go back to 16 and actually help?

You can't go back. But a teen going through it right now could use someone exactly like you. TeenSide certifies adults 21–29 to coach teens through the exact stuff they just lived. $40+ a session, your schedule, 100% virtual.

Get paid to be the person you needed at 16.

The anxiety, the pressure to figure out your whole future, the friend drama nobody had good answers to. You lived all of it recently enough to remember how it felt. We certify you in the BRIDGE Method so when you sit down with a teen, the conversation actually goes somewhere.

$40+ per session. Set your own schedule. 100% virtual. If you're 21–29 and want work that means something, this is worth a look.

For teens & parents

Teens don't open up to adults. A coach who's 24 is different.

A 24-year-old coach graduated two years ago. The group chat drama, the college pressure, the anxiety that shows up as irritability. They lived all of it recently enough to actually remember how it felt. Teens talk to them differently than they talk to adults.

30-50 minutes, virtual, once a week. No waiting room. No clipboards. You pick your coach from our directory. If it's not a good fit, your teen chooses someone else. No questions asked.

Certified, background-checked, and two years out from everything your teen is dealing with.

Every TeenSide coach is 21–29, trained in the BRIDGE Method, and close enough to their own teen years to actually remember how it felt.

30–50 min sessions

Hi, I’m Lexi! I know the teen years can feel exciting, confusing, and overwhelming all at once. My goal is to be someone you can talk to without judgment—a safe place where you can feel heard, understood, and encouraged. Together, we’ll work on building confidence, navigating friendships, managing stress, setting goals, and becoming the person you want to be. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Hi, I'm Sariah, and I look forward to being your coach and mentor. As a teen, I struggled with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, and the pressure of difficult life experiences. Through therapy and life coaching, I learned healthy tools that helped me move from simply surviving to truly living. Today, I'm passionate about helping teens build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with support, compassion, and practical strategies. I look forward to helping you discover your own strengths and create positive change.

Hey y’all! My name is Rachel! As a teenager, I struggled with anxiety and perfectionism. I know what it’s like to feel unheard, judged, incapable, or afraid to try something new because you might fail. It took me a long time to realize that you don’t need to have everything figured out before moving forward. As your coach, I want to create a space where you can be yourself, be heard, and feel supported without judgment or criticism. I’ll listen, encourage you, and help you build the confidence to try new things, face challenges, and trust yourself—because you are worth trusting! I’m so excited to meet you and help you discover just how much you’re capable of!

The founders

Built by two women who saw the gap firsthand, and couldn't leave it unfilled.

Elizabeth is a licensed therapist and mother of six. Merideth is an educator and mother of four. Both have worked directly with teens in crisis. They founded TeenSide because the gap between what teens needed and what existed was too obvious to ignore.

Elizabeth Crapo

Elizabeth Crapo, CSW

Founder & Associate Therapist

“I guide and support our coaches in understanding their vital role while ensuring clients are connected to licensed mental health professionals when appropriate. Real help means knowing the difference.”

Mother of six. Background in clinical social work, life coaching, and curriculum development. She built the training frameworks every TeenSide coach learns. With a Master of Social Work and years in medical and clinical settings, Elizabeth brings both the warmth of a mother and the rigor of a licensed professional.

Merideth Maynes

Merideth Maynes

Founder & Educator

“I believe the TeenSide coaches are the Genius Generation, mentors uniquely equipped with emotional awareness and lived experience that help BRIDGE the growing gap between today's teens and the world they're navigating.”

Single mother of four. Educator and life coach who understands both sides: the parent carrying quiet worry and the teen navigating it alone. Merideth built TeenSide to bridge exactly that gap, through coaches who feel less like authority figures and more like a trusted older friend.
